Payment/Refund Policy

Payment

1. To maintain our quality services for customers, we need to confirm payment before delivery.

2. There are two types of payment, PAYPAL and remittance.

PAYPAL -- this is recommended (our account with PAYPAL is uscimage@netvigator.com

Remittance -- by telegraphic or by SWIFT (see Q&A)

The payment method will be notified in the quotation email.

Refund

The following conditions are for the return of items, as for the loss or damage, please refer the relevant link 'loss/damage'.

1. If customer requests cancellation of order after payment and before our delivery, refund will be arranged accordingly. Payment by PAYPAL will be refunded fully through PAYPAL. Payment by remittance or check will be remitted, but the bank charge will be deducted.

2. If delivery has been arranged, then customer will have to pay the delivery charge of returning. Upon the return of items and in original condition, refund will be arranged accordingly.

3. All requests for cancellation must be done within five days from the date of receiving the items. Otherwise, we cannot accept any request for refund.

4. Since we have email to the customer and only upon customer's payment that the items would be sent, therefore customers should know what they have ordered. If customer does not satisfied with items, we have to comply with the following procedure:

a. Customer must be sure that the condition of the items remains as when it is received.

b. Customer has to return the items at his/her own cost.

c. After we receive the returned items, we shall investigate the condition immediately.

d. If the condition is exactly the same as we sent it, refund will instantly be arranged and the channel will be based on the same way as we received.

e. Otherwise, we shall advise about the possible solution.

For some items, e.g. filters, that is so fragile and easily ruined by misuse. We have stated so in that web page and shall advise customers in the quotation email that such item would not be accepted for return by any reason.
