Loss/damage Arrangement |
Loss 1. As said in 'Arrangement for delivery', we shall follow until the confirmation of delivery. If the dispatch fails to arrive in expected period, then we shall advise to that customer about the procedure. 2. We shall base on the confirmation from UPS or Post Office. 3. When loss is confirmed, then the items will be sent again. If items are not available, then customer can choose either to wait or refund. 4. Confirmation for loss is handled according to standard procedure of UPS or Post Office. |
Damage 1. Customer must check the package and if there is any sign of damage, customer must check with UPS or Post Office for clarification. 2. We can only base on the confirmation from UPS or Post Office. As noted in 'Delivery arrangement', our procedure will include recording by video or digital photos. We shall investigate the records to check if needed. 3. If damage is confirmed, then the items will be returned at our cost. Items will be sent again. If items are not available, then customer can choose either to wait or refund. 4. Confirmation of damage is also handled according to standard procedure of UPS or Post Office. |
