Arrangement of delivery To guarantee the success of delivery, we shall have two arrangements, by UPS or registered mail. Please note that customers can choose their delivery method, please check the Q&A for details. For small size items or weight below 0.5 Kg, it would be better to send by registered mail. For big or heavy items, it would be better to send by UPS. The choice is based on the benefit for customers, including the cost of delivery. All delivery will be insured and the premium would not be charged to customers. This will guarantee the completion of orders and customers would never suffer any loss. |
Our procedure 1. The ordered items will be examined and be sure that they meet photographic operations. 2. Items will be repack with security to safeguard against the transportation procedures. 3. Either video or digital photos will be used to record the process. 4. Once items are passed to Post Office or Courier, email will be sent to customers. 5. The case will be monitored until we have the confirmation of successful delivery. 6. We shall continue to develop improvement of the services and we welcome customers' comment. |
