Arrangement for customers

1. Choose the item by clicking the 'Choose' button. A page will show the selected items. Press button "Continue to choose" for further selections.

2. Default is one piece for each item, if you want to have more than one, please click the same item again.

3. After all selections, click the 'INPUT ORDER DETAIL NOW'.

4. Then input your name, address, country etc.

5. The input of "Refer by" is related to our Prestige Customers Program. With the email address of a Prestige Customer, new buyer will have the Prestige Discount of the recommending customer as Refer Discount. Check the Prestige Customers Program

6. Click 'CONFIRM' to complete.

7. Our quotations will be sent to customers with three days' reservation. Delivery will be arranged as soon as confirmation and payment are received.

8. If customer's payment is longer than the reservation period, we shall advise if supply cannot be fulfilled.

9. The charge will include the price of items and delivery cost only. Buyers may have to pay import tax etc. basing on the rules of their countries.

10. If some or all items are not available immediately, customers will receive notification. Only as requested by customers, we shall not take such cases as back order.

Why this arrangement?

It is great to have the quick buy and sell. Customers get their chosen items and we got the payment.

However, out of stock is an unavoidable fact. We all know that the most annoying case is to have paid for something that could not be supplied in time.

Furthermore, the online sales would cover different areas and due to the size and weight of items, the cost of delivery will be varied, it is impossible not to overcharge if we fix a single delivery rate.

We may face unfavorable situation because most online business must take advantage of passion. However, we do wish that customers could have second thought even that means order may not be confirmed.

According to latest protection for buyers, a seven days cooling-off period should be arranged. From the date of customers' order, we shall adjust so that there will be a seven days period up to the last reservation date. We trust that customers will have enough time to re-consider their orders.
