What if customer found that the wrong item was chosen or other error or decide not to buy?

If possible, just let us know by email or just neglect the quotation email and place a new order.

It is our decision to avoid unnecessary overhead or procedure for a few exceptional cases and let most customers suffered a higher cost or trouble.


What is the best type of tripod?

It depends on individual requirement. For general users, the best tripod is one that can be carried without burden and suitable for their use.
For professional or serious users, the best tripod is one that can keep stable against wind and vibration.


Why filter is not allowed for return?

Filter is made of coated optical glass. Basically, it is the same as lens. But most would not take care of as the lens; therefore, filter has the higher chance of blemish. It is even worst when the filter is multi-coated.
If we have to provide return policy for filter, then we have to preserve the cost by raising the price. That is not fair for most that would take care of their filters. That is why we prefer the no return policy instead of putting the cost to most customers.
However, before shipping to customers, we shall inspect the filters in the same manner as a photographer. With our packing, it is certain that the filters are in good condition.


How delivery charge is calculated?

For delivery by registered air parcel, the charge is according to the Hong Kong Post Office.

For delivery by UPS, the charge is based on their rate.
